101份单瓣铁线莲种质资源表型性状分析与评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Phenotypic Characteristics of 101 Single-Flowered Clematis L. Germplasm Resources

  • 摘要: 为了明晰单瓣铁线莲表型性状的多样性和综合评价,以101份单瓣铁线莲品种为试验材料,选取表型的11个质量性状和7个数量性状进行描述和测定,对花器官表型性状进行变异性分析和多样性分析。结果表明:101个单瓣铁线莲品种的11个质量性状存在不同的差异,变异系数为14.06%~77.00%,多样性指数为0.19711.6271,中脉的变异系数(77.00%)最大,整体呈现出变异类型多、变异程度高、多样性指数差异大等特点;7个数量性状的多样性指数为1.02741.4163,多样性指数均大于1.0,具有丰富的遗传多样性的特点。各数量型性状间大多存在极显著相关性。聚类分析将101个单瓣铁线莲品种分为4大类,第Ⅰ类的62个品种花径较小且花器官性状综合表现一般的品种;第Ⅱ类聚集了21个花径中等大小的品种;第Ⅲ类仅1个品种,特点是花径、萼片长、萼片长宽比、雄蕊数量、雄蕊长度最小;第Ⅳ类的7个品种主要以花型较大且花器官综合性状表现优异的单瓣铁线莲品种为主。提取了3个主成分,累积贡献率为89.541%,可综合代表单瓣铁线莲表型数据的大部分信息。通过对单瓣铁线莲表型性状综合评分排名,前10名分别为‘斯丽’‘伦斯特’‘瑞兆’‘多罗茜托尔弗’‘奥林匹亚’‘茱斯塔’‘博士’‘面白’‘雪舞’‘路易莎’,花器官综合性状表现优异。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the diversity and comprehensive evaluation of phenotypic trait, 101 single-flowered Clematis L. varieties were used as experimental materials. Eleven quality traits and seven quantitative traits were performed on variation and diversity analyses to provide reference data for the identification, horticultural application, and breeding objectives of single-flowered Clematis L. germplasm resources. The phenotypic trait variation and diversity analysis showed that there were different in the eleven quality traits with a variation coefficient of 14.06%~77% and a diversity index of 0.1971~1.6271. The variation coefficient of the midrib(77%) was the largest. The diversity index of the seven quantitative traits was 1.0274 to 1.4163 with rich genetic diversity, all of them were greater than 1.0. The correlation analysis results indicated that most quantitative traits had highly significant correlation. Cluster analysis divided the 101 single-flowered Clematis L. varieties into four categories by. Class Ⅰ included 62 varieties with smaller flower diameters and average comprehensive performance of floral organ traits. Class Ⅱ gathered 21 varieties with medium-sized flower diameters. Class Ⅲ had only one variety characterized by the smallest flower diameter, calyx length, sepal aspect ratio, stamens number, and stamen length. Class IV had seven varieties, mainly with larger flower types and excellent comprehensive performance of floral organs traits. These result could provide support for the classification and evolution of Clematis L. varieties from a morphological perspective, a reference for further developing with excellent flower organ ornamental traits, germplasm innovation, and variety improvement. Principal component analysis extracted three principal components with a cumulative contribution rate of 89.541%, which could represent comprehensively most of the information of single-flowered Clematis L. phenotype data. Through comprehensive evaluation and ranking of single-flowered Clematis L. phenotypic traits, the top ten varieties were 'Thyrislund' 'Leinster' 'Kizashi' 'Dorothy Tolver' 'Olympia' 'Justa' 'Doctor Ruppel' 'Omoshiro' 'Snowdrift' and 'Luiza' with excellent comprehensive performance of floral organ traits, which would lay a foundation for the breeding of single-flowered Clematis L. varieties.
