撕裂无锁革菌:云南真菌新物种

Efibula fissurata sp. nov., a new species from Yunnan Province, China

  • 摘要: 基于云南省大型真菌资源调查过程中采集的大量木腐菌标本,经形态学特征鉴定和分子系统学研究,描述了木腐菌新种撕裂无锁革菌Efibula fissurata。撕裂无锁革菌的形态特征为奶油色至淡黄色子实体,单系菌丝系统,薄壁生殖菌丝上具有简单隔膜,椭圆形担孢子,大小为4.0~6.5 × 3.5~5.0 µm。运用最大简约法、最大似然法和贝叶斯推理法,基于ITS + nrLSU数据集构建的系统发育树表明新物种E. fissurataEfibula clarkii Floudas & Hibbett形成姊妹群,二者在形态学上的差异为E. clarkii具浅棕色至棕黄色的担子果和较窄的担孢子(6.0~7.0 × 3.0~3.5 µm vs. 4.0~6.5 × 3.5~5.0 µm)。

     

    Abstract: Based on a large number of wood-inhabiting fungi specimens collected during the investigation of large-scale fungi resources in Yunnan Province, through morphological feature identification and molecular systematics research, a new species of wood-inhabiting fungus, Efibula fissurata, was described. It is characterized by having cream to buff basidiomata, a monomitic hyphal system with generative hyphae bearing simple septa, and ellipsoid basidiospores measuring 4.0–6.5 × 3.5–5.0 µm. Sequences of ITS + nrLSU data of the studied samples were generated and phylogenetic analyses were performed with the maximum likelihood, maximum parsimony, and Bayesian inference methods. The phylogenetic tree shows that E. fissurata forms a sister with E. clarkii, morphologically, E. clarkii differs in possessing pale brown to brownish-yellow basidiocarps and narrower basidiospores (6.0–7.0 × 3.0–3.5 µm vs. 4.0–6.5 × 3.5–5.0 µm). This study has enriched the fungal species diversity in Yunnan Province of China, providing a scientific basis for the protection and sustainable utilization of fungal resources.
