混交林对闽楠矿质元素与精油成分的影响
Effects of mixture on mineral elements and essential oil composition of Phoebe bournei

摘要: 为探明杉木−闽楠混交条件下林龄和器官差异对闽楠矿质元素分配、精油产率及主要成分的影响,以湖南永州金洞林场5、10、15年生杉木−闽楠混交林及同龄闽楠纯林为研究对象,测定闽楠叶、枝、干、根的矿质元素含量、精油产率及主要成分。结果表明:混交显著改变闽楠各器官的矿质元素含量及其分配模式,同时降低了闽楠叶、枝的精油产率,提高了干、根的精油产率,其中15年生杉木−闽楠混交林中根的精油产率最高;精油产率和主要成分同时受器官、林龄和混交种植的共同影响,主要成分中β−石竹烯、α−蒎烯和白菖烯变化显著。杉木−闽楠混交可以明显影响矿质元素吸收与分配、精油产率及主要成分组成,但不同器官和林龄对于混交的响应模式不完全一致。Abstract: To investigate the effects of stand age and organ differences on mineral element allocation, essential oil yield, and major components of Phoebe bournei under mixed planting with Cunninghamia lanceolata, this study selected 5;10;and 15 year old C. lanceolata-P. bournei mixed forests and pure P. bournei forests of the same ages in Jindong Forest Farm, Yongzhou, Hunan Province. The mineral element contents, essential oil yields, and major components in the leaves, branches, stems, and roots of P. bournei were determined. The results showed that mixed planting significantly altered the mineral element contents and allocation patterns among different organs of P. bournei. Meanwhile, mixed planting reduced the essential oil yields of leaves and branches, but increased those of stems and roots, with the highest essential oil yield observed in roots from the 15 year old C. lanceolata-P. bournei mixed forest. Essential oil yield and major components were jointly affected by organ type, stand age, and mixed planting. Among the major components, β-caryophyllene, α-pinene, and calarene showed significant changes. Overall, C. lanceolata-P. bournei mixed planting can markedly affect mineral element uptake and allocation, essential oil yield, and the composition of major components; however, the response patterns varied among organs and stand ages.
