云南核桃分心木氨基酸含量及综合评价

Amino Acid Content and Comprehensive Evaluation of Diaphragma juglandis Fructus in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 通过测定云南14个品种核桃坚果分心木中氨基酸组成与质量分数,对其进行主成分分析和综合评价。结果表明:各氨基酸质量分数为0.005%~0.666%,变异系数为25.01%~87.68%;氨基酸综合得分值排序为细香核桃>云新303>华宁大砂壳核桃>云新306>云新高原>鲁甸大麻1号核桃>大姚三台核桃>云新301>云新36>华宁大白壳核桃>圆菠萝>娘青核桃>永泡1号>鲁甸大麻2号核桃。

     

    Abstract: The composition and content of amino acids of Diaphragma juglandis fructus of 14 cultivars from Yunnan were determined and analyzed, principal component analysis was conducted, and based on the analysis, the amino acids of these studied the cultivars were comprehensively evaluated. Result showed that the quality fraction of amino acids ranged from 0.005% to 0.666%, with the variation coefficient of 25.01%-87.68%. The comprehensive scores of amino acids of 14 cultivars were ranked as 'Xixiang'>'Yunxin 303'>'Huaning Dashake'>'Yunxin 306'>'YunxinGaoyuan'>'Ludian Dama No.1'>'DayaoSantai'>'Yunxin 301'>'Yunxin 36'>'Huaning Dabaike'>'Yuan Boluo'>'Niangqing'>'Yongpao No.1'>'Ludian Dama No.2'.
