海拔对旱冬瓜共生固氮放线菌基因多样性的影响

The Influence of Altitude on the Genetic Diversity of Microsymbionts of Alnus nepalensis——Frankia

  • 摘要: 直接从昆明西山、武定狮山和大理苍山采集的旱冬瓜根瘤中提取DNA,扩增出Frankia的16SrDNA,然后用ADARA技术研究不同海拔的旱冬瓜根瘤中共生固氮放线菌Frankia的遗传多样性.结果表明:(1)海拔是影响旱冬瓜共生Frankia的遗传多样性的重要因素;(2)海拔梯度越大,则Frankia的遗传多样性越丰富;(3)某些基因类型的Frankia仅出现在某些海拔上,而另一些则分布在较广泛的海拔范围.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, we extracted the genomic DNA of Frankia from the nodules of Alnus nepalensis in Xishan mountain, Shishan mt.and Cangshan mt., and amplified the 16S rDNA of Frankia, then applied ARDRA(amplified Ribosomal Restriction Analysis)to study the influence of altitude an the genetic diversity of Frankia symbiozing with Alnus nepalensis. The results show that(1) The altitude is very important factor which can decided the genetic diversity of Frankia, (2)the higher the altitude gradient is, the more abundant the genetic diversity of Frankia, (3)some genotypes Frankia are restricted in a certain altitude height, and some appear in wide range of altitudinal height.
